Previz For The Final Idea

Brief - Spoof - 2/12/09

So after our classes with Glen - Glen said our idea was great but lacked a climax and the ending need a bit of work so we came up with some ideas. Then we discussed them and now we have a final finshed idea.

Beginning

We start out with a spinning newspaper saying that King Kong is making a comeback

Gag 1

There is another spinning newspaper saying Kong Kong is going for the role as James Bond and then we see Kong in the Bond opening gunbarrel scene but he is too big so they have to bring the gun barrel out to fit him in.

Gag 2

There is another spinning newspaper saying King Kong is going for the Laurance Of Arabia role and then we see Kong on the back of a camel walking towards us from the horizon and when the camel gets to the foreground it collapses with the weight of King Kong.

Gag 3

There is another spinning newspaper saying King Kong is going for the sidekick role of Tuco in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly and then we see Kong with a noose around his head but is so big he can't be hung so he just walks off with the tree.

Climax

After auditioning for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly scene he walks off the set and gets a phone call and you hear muttering and wonder what was spoke about, keeping you in suspense.

End

You see the opening title to Planet of the Apes then you see a close up of Kong's face with a very excited expression then the camera zooms out and he is surrounded by other apes and you realise he is just an extra.
