Hi Gary, looks like you have been putting some work in here! Just a couple of suggestions - i know there is just a few days left on this. For the expressions, be careful about putting in generic expressions. (villain joy for example). The expression sheets are meant to tell you what personality the characters have, rather than what they look like when they smile etc. For example, your villain wouldnt act joyous, If he smiled, it would be more evil. So think carefully about what emotions are appropriate for the character.
As for the colours, i think your villain is too close to the hero. i would seriously think about introducing more villainous colours - dingier colours, maybe a paler, more bluish, purplish or greenish skin (subtle though - you dont want him to look like an alien!) Same with his animal skin -m maybe something like a black panther (blue/purple/black etc).
