Brief - Character Design - HaraldSiepermann - 5/10/09

I looked into disney artists and I came across this guy and he has done works for tarzan , brother bear and emperors, but I like the way he draws whole body characters and just facials. I also like the way he does not just draw in grey pencil, he uses inks and coloured pencils to make it come more alive and show more of there personality.
